  • Morning :)

    My body aches from the gym yesterday :) I love this pain, it feels SO GOOD
    I don't have time to go to the gym again until Monday as working ALL weekend, but work is good exercise though :)

    Intake so far : 200cals, cereal and some grapes

  • Getting there!

    Three weeks exactly until I leave,
    CW 115lbs, 5lbs more to go!!
    I have started the cereal diet properly now, and my new job gives me a lot of exercise, waitressing, rushing around for 4 hours everyday!

    Going to the gym in a bit, will burn at least 500 cals. Then going food shopping to by more cereal and fruit and veg.

    *Update*
    Hour a gym, done :)
    Intake: 700 cals
    Outtake: 500cals
    :)
    I can do this!

  • Less than six weeks to go!

    WOW its actually soon that I go to America! like reallllly soon!
    And he has already started working out everyday to look good for me, (even if he doesn't admit it)
    So I really need to get my act together, I mean I know I am not fat, but I would like to actually look sexy in the clothes I wear and for when I am not wearing any!

    I am so nervous it is unreal! I have basically everything prepared except myself!
    I am going away to work at two music festivals this next weekend and the one after than, then it will literally be a month until I go! At least at these festivals I will be quite active and not have time to snack and binge, so hopefully I will not put anymore weight on! and maybe lose a little!

    Then I need to seriously get moving! (literally!) I spend most of my time sitting in front of the pc all day and that has to stop!! Even if it means spending the extra £5 a time at the gym so I know I have done a decent amount of exercise!

    I also want a toned stomach so have looked up the 8 minute abs and will be doing those twice a day for the month coming up, as well as 8 minute legs and arms twice a day every other day (to let muscles rest)

    I just need motivation! Support!!


    OMG my A level results come out tomorrow too!! But I can't celebrate as going to work at the festival, but in a way thats good, saves me money and the empty calories in alcohol!
    I will try and update as much as I can when I get back from the festival!

  • Glamour

    On the Glamour website they have this diet profile thing, you type in your weight and how much you want to lose, and it tells you how many calories to eat a day and how many calories to burn a day.
    SO I need to eat 1400 cals (or less) a day, and burn AT LEAST 214 cals.
    I think I can do this! I will do this!
    If this works I should be 8st (112lb) by August 20th.

    So today :
    Intake so far: 300
    Outtake so far: (Work will be 200)

    I will also make sure I do at least:
    50 sit ups
    50 jackknives
    100 arm lifts
    50 squats

  • America

    Its finally coming into place, 1st October I go to LA for a month :) I can't wait, but then again I am dreading looking like this when I go!

    I am so bad at keeping to diets and exercise and crap, but I know I really need to if I want to look good for him.

    CW: 119lbs (I think! will check when I can)
    I want to be 110 or below by October. 

    I also want to have a beautiful stomach, which obviously means cutting out the crap I eat! And doing a lot more crunches!

    So..my new plan:
    Eat 1200 cals or less a day (Once I get used to this, I will cut down to 1000)
    Drink at least two cups of peppermint tea a day for digestion
    Drink at least two cups of green tea for metabolism
    Drink 2 litres of water a day
    50 Jackknives
    50 crunches
    50 side bike crunches
    50 squats
    50 hip lifts
    50 weight lifts
    Plus at least twice a week do an hour worth of cardio (gym or jogging)
    Cut out basically all junk food.


    I need to do this, I want to look good, I want to look sexy
